brisket - best results I have ever achieved
various steaks - outcomes were great
fish - walleye and tilapia - excellent
Pizza - would never have tried with previous grills
Vegetables - Perfect
Great use of rubs, spices, etc.
What has your pellet comsumption like?
I don't have a great comparison but I've never been concerned with pellet consumption
My Review
I love my Memphis Pro! In the past, none of my grills would hold the heat at a “set point” and I found it difficult to prepare each grilled item as intended. The dual hoppers have allowed me to get the flavor that is perfect for my family (wood flavor can’t be beat). Finally, I have been able to get more adventurous with my grilling because of the perfect control of heat across the entire surface.
