I have grilled everything from the typical brats, dogs and burgers and had plenty of fantastic fish (mostly salmon), ribs and hand-made pizzas.
The options are endless! My favorites have to be salmon. It comes out perfect every time.
What has your pellet comsumption like?
I've had no issues with pellets. They are easy to come by and store nicely. I enjoy mixing flavors as I grill.
My Review
The Memphis Wood Fire Grill is a great addition to my kitchen. I love that I can use it year round and get the same tasty results every time. I would be happy to recommend this grill to anyone looking to branch out from their basic charcoal grill. The smoking and grilling options continue to amaze me.
