Roasted or Caramelized Garlic

This is a simple thing to prepare and a great ingredient for most recipes. Prepare Roasted Garlic Heads ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of garlic
  • olive oil
  • aluminum foil

Preparation:

Take 1 whole head of garlic. Carefully trim off the root end and remove the paper outer skin. Brush with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on preheated grill over a low heat for 1 hour or until the cloves become soft.
