Grilled Squash

This is the basic process for grilling any kind of squash. You can use these squash pieces as they are or on kebabs.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 squash
  • melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

This one easy. Choose your favorite squash. Cut in half and remove seeds, etc.. Cut into large squares, about 3 inches by 6 inches. Paint with melted butter and place on grill. Skin side down first. Continue to baste with melted butter. Turn when almost ready to give a good sear on the top. Remove from grill and serve with the skin on.
