Jicama Slaw

This slaw is great served on top of a juicy burger or pulled pork sandwich.

Prep Time: 13 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups jicama, shredded
  • 1/3 cup chunky salsa, fire roasted preferred
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, optional

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Toss to combine. Chill and serve.
