These grilled veggie packets are a great accompaniment to any grilled meat dish.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 large can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper, diced
- 4 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Aluminum foil
Preparation:
Preheat grill for medium heat. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Create a foil packet large enough to hold mixture. Place vegetable mixture into packet, seal, and place on grill. Cook covered for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, carefully take apart packet to let steam out, and serve.
