These turkey thighs get slow roasted on the grill with a sweet, flavorful glaze. They make a delicious meal or snack for any time of the year.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds turkey thighs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Make glaze by combining marmalade, mustard, curry powder and salt and set aside. Take 3 tablespoons of this glaze and combine it with the yogurt. Refrigerate. Preheat grill and prepare for indirect grilling with a drip pan. Grill turkey thighs of a medium indirect heat for about 1 hour. Brush with glaze mixture during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Remove from grill when done and serve with yogurt sauce.
