Don't think of turkey as just a once a year meal. These turkey tenders are delicious on their own or chopped up in salads. They are a great alternative to chicken.

Yield: Serves 4
- 4 bacon wrapped turkey tenderloins
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Combine mustard, honey, brown sugar, vinegar and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix well. Place tenderloins in a resealable bag and pour mixture over top. Seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for between 4 and 24 hours. Preheat grill. Place tenderloins on grill over a hot fire and cook for a total of about 10 to 12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes. Remove when done and serve.
