Ingredients:
- 4 12-ounce rib eye steaks
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except the steaks. Mix well. Place rib eyes in a large resealable bag. Pour marinade over top. Seal and refrigerate for several hours.Preheat grill. Remove steaks from marinade and grill over a hot fire until done.
