This steak is marinated in a Korean-style marinade. If you want to, you can slice this grilled steak and serve it over rice or wrap up thin slices in lettuce leaves.

Ingredients:
- 2 rib eye steaks
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onion, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Trim excess fat from steaks. Mix other ingredients well and place in a resealable bag. Add steaks and let marinate for at least 2 hours. Grill to desired doneness (about 5 minutes per side).
