Guide Review - Brinkmann Smoke'N Grill
This unit is similar too, but more limited than the Masterbuilt 7 in 1 Smoker/Cooker.
Basically this is a small gas powered grill (lava rocks included) built on a tripod. Add a steel smoking chamber on the top and you have a good little smoker that is easy to use and capable of producing good barbecue without a lot of work. The temperature control is good and you can basically load up this unit and not worry about it (though I wouldn't leave it alone for long).
As a grill, this is a little limited unit because of the low powered burner but as a smoker it can generate the heat you need without too much trouble.
All in all this is a good little smoker and if you can get a good deal on it you shouldn't regret it. However there are better units out there for the price.
