Ingredients:
- 4 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine cabbage, carrots, red onion, vinegar and mustard seeds in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
