To the true sports fan, this year's Super Bowl represents a competition between offenses and defenses. Which coach will have the best battle plan? Which Quarterback will possess the golden arm? Which receiver will be lightest on his feet? However, for a true fan of the flame this year presents a classic battle beyond mere football teams, this year is the Midwest Battle will pit two great house of meat packing against each other.

This year’s game presents a real opportunity to those who want to cook up the flavor of their favorite teams. On the one side we have the classic Chicago Dog. Considered by many to be the best hot dog in the world, millions are sold every year, and that's just at the airport. On the other side of the field is the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. Traditionally this is made from thin slices of pork tenderloin breaded and fried, but we've taken it out on the grill to reduce the fat and put some great grilled flavor in it.

Of course you can always go with the classics like: Chicken Wings, Pizza or Fajitas.
