Rick Lopez sent me this simple, yet delicious recipe for grilled teriyaki shrimp. Enjoy with your favorite grilled vegetable or rice.

Ingredients:
- 3 pounds large prawn
- teriyaki sauce
- limes
- 2 cloves of roasted garlic (chopped)
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple
Preparation:
Slice the shrimp down the middle of the legs, deveining them (do not go all the way through and leave the shell on).Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for approximately. 1 hr. Place on the grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side (before turning over the first time brush with left over marinate). After turning pink eat up with your favorite beverage (ice cold corona!).
