Grilled Seafood Kabobs

These delicious kebabs are perfect for any occasion. You can adjust the amounts depending on market price and how much you need. Plan on two full kebabs per person. Each kebab should have 8 to 10 pieces of seafood.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • medium size shelled and deveined shrimp
  • bell pepper cut into 1 inch squares
  • cocktail onions
  • fresh scallops
  • halibut cut into 1 inch cubes
  • melted butter

Preparation:

Intermix the ingredients and place on long skewers. Coat with melted butter and place on preheated and hot grill. Turn frequently, painting with melted butter occasionally. Remove from grill when the shrimp have turned pink on all sides and halibut is a uniform opaque white color.
