Ingredients:
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) crab meat, drained
- 15 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion or onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Preparation:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Combine all ingredients, except Thousand Island Dressing, in a medium bowl. Shape mixture into 4-5 patties. Place in a shallow pan, cover, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.Place patties on oiled grill grates. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve crab cakes with Thousand Island dressing on the side.
