Tangy Grilled Crab Cakes

Here is another crab cake recipe for you to try. You can add more hot sauce if you want them to be spicier.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) crab meat, drained
  • 15 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion or onion flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

Preparation:

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Combine all ingredients, except Thousand Island Dressing, in a medium bowl. Shape mixture into 4-5 patties. Place in a shallow pan, cover, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Place patties on oiled grill grates. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve crab cakes with Thousand Island dressing on the side.
