The scallops and shrimp really absorb the sweetness and spiciness of the marinade. You can serve with grilled pineapple rings on top freshly made rice.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds sea scallops
- 1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
- For marinade:
- 1/2 crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt to taste

Preparation:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add peeled shrimp and scallops, coat well, and allow to marinade for 5-10 minutes. Alternate scallops and shrimp on skewers; reserve marinade. Place onto grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Brush with marinade throughout cooking process.
