This wet rub is loaded up with fresh horseradish which really puts flavor and heat into meat. This rub is great on anything, especially beef.

Yield: Makes about 1 cup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh grated horseradish
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 teaspoons finely ground black pepper
- 3 teaspoons finely ground seeded red hot chili peppers
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and apply to most any grilled food right before you remove it from the fire.
