Moroccan Spice Rub

This wet rub is a great seasoning for anything you want to grill or smoke. The combination of herbs and lemon juice is classic.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: Makes about 2 1/4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 teaspoons salt (kosher)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
