The BBQ Guru posted this fantastic rub recipe. You can adjust the heat in this dry rub by changing the amount of cayenne pepper.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Mix together and store in an airtight container. Use on any cut of pork. Makes about 1 cup.
