Kevi's Buckin' Beef Rub

Another great recipe sent in by BBQ Guru. This one is a basic beef rub, which uses few ingredients, and works well on brisket or beef ribs.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
