This is a fantastic dry mustard rub that gives a great flavor to almost anything. This rub is particularly good on lamb and pork.

Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Keep in a cool dark place for up to 6 months.
