Garlic Rub

By Derrick Riches, About.com

The best way to maximize the flavor in this rub is to let it sit for few days in the refrigerator so that the garlic can flavor the oil. Let the flavors mix and you really will get a great garlicky rub.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne

Preparation:

Mix garlic, parsley and cayenne together. Slowly add oil while mixing. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
