This is a great recipe for spicy Cajun-style pork spareribs. The Cajun spices, both in chile pepper heat and black pepper give these ribs depth and a good kick. You can increase or decrease the spices to suit your tastes. 

Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork spareribs

  • 2 tablespoons salt, less if desired

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Louisiana hot sauce, to taste

  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients with Cajun seasoning and rub into ribs.

  3. Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce to your liking.

  4. Let sit overnight.

  5. Smoke or grill and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce. 

  6. Enjoy!
