Total Time: 6 hours, 10 minutes
Yield: Serves 4 to 6
- 3 pounds pork spareribs

You will want to hold a temperature around 225 degrees F. for 4 to 6 hours so plan accordingly. Season ribs with salt and pepper and place on grill or in smoker. Cook until the internal temperature of the meat reaches about 175 degrees F. Brush with barbecue sauce. After about 10 minutes turn the ribs over and brush barbecue sauce
on the other side. Continue doing this until the ribs are richly coated in sauce and tender.
