This pork short rib recipe makes a great
appetizer or meal.
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
- 10 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup rice wine
- 4 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons curry spice
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger root, grated
Preparation:
Trim excess fat and remove membrane from ribs. In a blender combine all ingredients except for the ribs. Blend until smooth. Spread 1/2 mixture over ribs, cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Preheat grill. Grill ribs over a medium fire for about 10 to 15 minutes per side, turning as needed. Brush occasionally with remaining sauce. Cut ribs individually.
