- 3 pounds beef short ribs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Place ribs in slow cooker or Crock-Pot. Cook for one hour on medium to low heat. Drain fat and pour in barbecue sauce
and remaining ingredients and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
