Aloha Spareribs

If you really want to give these ribs an extra Hawaiian flavor add some pineapple juice to the basting sauce.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds pork spareribs, cut into individual ribs
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons green onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation:

Combine lemon juice and 2 of the garlic cloves in a shallow dish. Add ribs and turn to coat evenly. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Combine teriyaki sauce, green onions and the other clove of garlic in a bowl. Preheat grill. Place ribs on grill over medium heat. Turn and baste with teriyaki sauce occasionally. Grill until cooked through. About 20-25 minutes.
