Peachy Mustard Baby Back Ribs

By Derrick Riches, About.com

These pork ribs are marinated in a fruit based sauce and grilled hot. While they won't have the tenderness of smoked ribs you will still enjoy the crispy surface and loads of flavor.

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds baby back ribs, about 2 full racks of ribs
  • 1/3 cup honey mustard
  • 3 tablespoons peach preserves
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix together everything but the pork ribs. Marinate pork ribs in sauce for 30 minutes to an hour. Prepare grill for indirect grilling. When the grill is hot place the pork ribs on the grill and grill for about 20 minutes per side.
