Barbecue Ribs on a Charcoal Grill

Take the ribs off the grill, cover and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Then carve and serve. Ribs are best served quickly after the resting period, but if you need to serve them later, wrap them tightly to hold in the warmth.
