Barbecue Ribs on a Charcoal Grill

After three hours on the grill, I wrap the ribs lightly in aluminum foil. These baby back ribs will go back on the grill for another hour. If you are using spare ribs then, lengthen this time to 2 hours. Keep the temperature steady during this cooking time.
