An excellent showcase for Pork Chops, Member blurg16

I made this last night and found it to be very delicious, tender, flavorful and a great showcase for the meat. I liked the combinations of the pork and pineapple so much that I ate almost the entire can, having a little bite of pineapple with each bite of pork. The marinade made the pork very tender and flavorful. I will definitely use this again, might even go boneless pork loin for easy eating. What an excellent recipe.
