Paprika Pork Chops

By , About.com Guide

These simple pork chops are rubbed down with an herb-mustard mixture. The paprika gives them a great color when grilled.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops 1-1 1/2 inches thick
  • 4 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation:

Preheat grill. Mix paprika, salt, ginger, mustard, pepper and garlic in a bowl. Trim fat from chops and brush with soy sauce. Pat pork chops with spice mixture on both sides. Grill over a high heat until meat near the bone is no longer pink (about 10 minutes), turning half way through cooking time.
