These simple
pork chops are rubbed down with an herb-mustard mixture. The paprika gives them a great color when grilled.

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops 1-1 1/2 inches thick
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation:
Preheat grill. Mix paprika, salt, ginger, mustard, pepper and garlic in a bowl. Trim fat from chops and brush with soy sauce. Pat pork chops with spice mixture on both sides. Grill over a high heat until meat near the bone is no longer pink (about 10 minutes), turning half way through cooking time.
