This is classic recipe gives you a fantastic grilled
pork chop. The sweet mustard glaze will give these pork chops a crisp surface.

Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation:
Mix together the mustards, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of softened butter. Rub over the surface of the pork chops. Preheat grill and cook pork chops over a high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes per side. In a small bowl combine 3 tablespoons of butter, parsley, chives and lemon juice. Mix well. Brush chops with mixture and wrap each pork chop in foil. Return to grill and cook over a medium high heat for an additional 10 minutes. Unwrap and brush again with herb butter and serve.
