This traditional Italian dish combines pork tenderloin pieces skewered and grilled like kebabs, then wrapped in Italian bread and eaten like a sandwich. The long marinade time makes the pork tenderloin very tender. The tomato juice marinade gives this dish its distinctive Italian flavor.
