Saucy Pork Tenderloin

This grilled pork tenderloin is served up in a rich cream sauce which is certain to be a crowd pleaser. The pounded tenderloins will grill pretty fast so keep a close eye on them.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork tenderloins
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup Dijon style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:

Pound tenderloins to about 1/2 inch thickness. Coat lightly with flour. Grill over a hot fire until done, about 10 minutes. In a saucepan mix together remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it thickens. Pour over grilled pork tenderloins.
