Pork Chops with Curry and Mustard

A delicious grilled pork chop with pungent Asian flavors. Anyone who loves flavor will love this grilled pork chop recipe.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork loin chops (about 1 inc thick)
  • 1/2 cup brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 green onion, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, except pork chops, in a medium bowl. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and add marinade. Seal and place in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. Make sure to turn every hour. Take chops out of refrigerator and remove from marinade. Save marinade for basting.

Preheat grill for medium heat. Place chops on grill, cover, and allow to cook for 35 minutes. Baste with marinade during cooking process. Remove chops from grill, let them rest for 5 minutes then serve.
