Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds country style boneless pork ribs, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except pork. Mix well. Place pork pieces in a large resealable bag. Pour marinade over top. Seal and refrigerate for 4 hours.Preheat grill. Thread pork onto skewers and place on a hot grill. Cook for 7 to ten minutes or until done. Remove from grill and serve.
You can add thin onion slices, bell pepper pieces to skewers if you wish.
