The traditional way to prepare these
pork tenderloin sandwiches is to bread and fry them. This is a healthier alternative to the traditional method and you can use your grill to make them.

Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin, about 1 1/2 pounds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- deli buns
- sliced tomatoes
- pickles
- sliced red onion
- mayonnaise
Preparation:
Slice pork tenderloin into 1/4 inch rounds. Place pieces in between two sheets of plastic and pound until half its original thickness. Place flattened tenderloins into a shallow glass dish. Combine oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and pour onto pork. Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Place pork tenderloin pieces on grill and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from grill and serve on deli buns with condiments.
