This is another great mop for barbecue. This one gets its sweetness from the root beer and its heat from the chili peppers. Use mild, medium, or hot peppers based on your preferences.

Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 quarts
Ingredients:
- 1 quart vinegar
- 1 pint water
- 1/2 pint prepared mustard
- 1/2 can chili pepper (small can)
- 10 ounces brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 bottle root beer
Preparation:
Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan and mix well. Cook very slowly for 1 hour. Add brown sugar, butter and root beer to the mixture and slow boil for 30 minutes. Recommended for all cuts of pork and wild game.
