Ingredients:
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup beer (or beef stock)
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan over a low heat. Use mop about once an hour while the mutton roast is smoking.
