This is a traditional southern style barbecue hash.

Yield: Serves 16 to 20
- 4 pounds Boston butt
- 2 pounds beef
- 1 1/2 pounds pork liver
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 bottle ketchup
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
Boil meat until it falls apart easily. Grind meat finely. Mix together all ingredients and serve over rice.
