Big ol' mess

This grilling packet is a mixture of smoked sausages, peppers, and onions in a spicy barbecue sauce, hence the name "mess". This is great way to prepare an instant meal.

Prep Time: 1 hours, 00 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 sweet onion, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 5 ounces sweet and sour sauce
  • 5 ounces barbecue sauce
  • 7 drops Tabasco sauce
  • creole seasoning to taste

Preparation:

place sausage, peppers,and onion in foil bag cover with sweet and sour sauce, bbq sauce and Tabasco sauce. Wrap tightly in foil and place on grill. Cook about 45 minutes turning about every 15 minutes. Slit bag open and serve right out of bag. Can also add mushrooms if you like them.
