Java Marinade

How about using a nice cup of coffee to marinate the meat for your next barbecue? This marinade adds flavor and tenderizes. Don't worry, though you won't get more than a little of the coffee flavor. This marinade works well on all meats.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 cup strong coffee
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator. Great on all meats.
