This is one of the best marinade recipes out there. It adds a lot of flavor and plenty of tenderizing power to whatever you're grilling up.

Yield: Makes about 4 cups
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped oregano
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients except oil together. Blend until smooth in food processor. Slowly add oil while blending. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Can be stored up to 2 weeks.
