Hot & Spicy Poultry Injection

User Rating 5 Star Rating (1 Review)

This injection marinade adds real heat under the skin of any poultry. If you want a little fire in your bird this is a great sauce to use. Make sure you only put small amounts in each place end up with large pockets of hot sauce.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

  • 4 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce

This recipe gives your turkey the kick everyone will be talking about at work. I used Red pepper instead of the cayenne pepper and Tapatio instead of Louisiana hot . I think this was a down fall on my part as these things are a little more grainy, but well worth the effort. I also deep fried this turkey and it made the whole house smell wonderfull. After deep frying of coarse.
