This recipe gives your turkey the kick everyone will be talking about at work. I used Red pepper instead of the cayenne pepper and Tapatio instead of Louisiana hot . I think this was a down fall on my part as these things are a little more grainy, but well worth the effort. I also deep fried this turkey and it made the whole house smell wonderfull. After deep frying of coarse.
