- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
