Korean Beef Marinade

I like to prepare a lot of this marinade because it also makes a delicious dipping sauce many dishes. Remember that to use a marinade that has touched raw meat as a dipping sauce it must be first boiled for five minutes. Use this marinade with Korean Bulgogi or Korean Beef Ribs.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onion, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Used this marinade for 2 to 5 hours depending on the thickness of the meat.
