This marinade add fantastic
Moroccan flavor to just about anything. You will want to make it in advance so it has time for the flavors to blend.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons sherry
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Marinate meats for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
