Moroccan Beef Marinade

This marinade add fantastic Moroccan flavor to just about anything. You will want to make it in advance so it has time for the flavors to blend.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Yield: Makes about 3 1/4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Marinate meats for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
