Ingredients:
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and mix well until sugar is dissolved. Marinate meat for 4 to 6 hours, poultry for 3 to 5 hours, and fish for 2 to 4 hours.
